Rental Policies
The following policies outline the terms of renting with Nest + Needed. By placing an order, you agree to the policies below.j
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are subject to a $35 cancellation fee
This fee covers preparation, scheduling, and reserved inventory.
We take great care to ensure all rental items are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and ready for safe use prior to delivery. We ask that all items be returned in the same condition they were received, aside from normal wear from appropriate use.
We do not require a security deposit at checkout. By placing a rental order, you authorize Nest + Needed to charge the payment method on file after the rental period if items are returned damaged, excessively soiled, incomplete, or missing.
Charges may include:
• Repair costs
• Replacement of parts or accessories
• Full replacement cost if an item cannot be safely repaired
Any applicable charges will be communicated clearly, and documentation may be provided when relevant.
Normal wear from appropriate use is expected and does not result in additional charges. This includes light cosmetic marks or signs of regular use that do not impact safety or functionality.
Damage beyond normal wear — including misuse, alteration, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or excessive soiling — may result in repair or replacement charges. Nest + Needed reserves the right to assess item condition upon return.
Rental extensions are subject to availability and scheduling. Requests must be made before the rental period ends. Additional charges may apply.
Delivery and pickup occur within the two-hour time windows selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring access during the selected window.
Missed or inaccessible deliveries or pickups may result in additional coordination fees.
All rental items must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and supervision guidelines. Items may not be altered, modified, or relocated without prior approval.
Nest + Needed is not responsible for injury or misuse resulting from failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.
